2027 Festival Package Pricing (per person)
Each registered music group traveler will receive a festival package, which includes:

an overnight bed space within the lodging choice and number of nights “package”, selected by the entire music group
-
participation within, or spectating of all music performances and the concluding awards ceremony/street dance
- one of the three available recreation choices:

- Skiing: 3 day lift card, 3 day equipment rentals (including helmet) and a 3 hour beginner lesson
- Snowboarding: 3 day lift card, 3 day equipment rentals (including helmet) and a 3 hour beginner lesson
- Non-ski vouchers to be redeemed for mountain activities such as downhill tubing, gondola rides to summit, guided snow cat tour, and/or guided downhill snow shoe tours
Package prices can vary for the different 2027 festival weeks:

PERKS FOR CHOOSING WPSMF:
- Flexible Arrival & Departure: Stay 2, 3, or 4 nights in one of our seven lodging options.
- 3 Days of Skiing or Snowboarding Regardless of Nights Stayed: Every Ski and Snowboard participant receives a 3 day lift card, 3 day equipment rental and one time beginner lesson. If you plan your arrival/departure carefully your group could recreate on their arrival/departure date.
- Other Mountain Activities Options Available: Group attendees that do not wish to ski or snowboard have the option to use vouchers toward: Downhill Tubing, Gondola Rides, Snowcat Tours, and Snowshoe Tours.
- No Payments Due Until January of 2027 (after Registration Deposit)
- Comped Packages: One comped Director package with groups of at least 20 students, PLUS a comped adult package for every 20 students (unlimited).
*A music group’s “Total Festival Charge” is comprised of:
- Festival Package Charges: Simply multiply the number of persons traveling by the “per person price” of the selected festival package from the list above. (Be sure to subtract the number of comped packages when applicable).
- Ensemble Charge: $400 for the first performance ensemble, and $200 for each similar ensemble thereafter.
- Empty Bed Space Charge: If applicable.
